"After searching many websites for the best value
open voucher scheme to Costa Rica, we chose Latin Discover due to their
in depth knowledge,
fast and efficient response and friendliness. They also offered the best
value. Federico Wust was exceptionally helpful and friendly and always
on hand to answer any questions that we had to help plan our trip. We
hope he comes to London soon so we can show him round our country!! We
had a wonderful trip and all the hotels offered were excellent, we did
not know which to choose as they were all so good! and the car provided
was reliable and had no hidden costs which is sometimes so often the
case. I would highly recommend Latin Discover and will book with them

back into work!
We had a fabulous
time and the
service you provided
was excellent.
We were met at
the airport on
time and the
driver helped
us take
a detour to the
bank before taking
us to the car
rental pick up
point. We also
loved the welcome
gift of the coffee,
a very nice touch
and much appreciated.
As for the voucher
accommodation
scheme,
again this was
very easy to
use and the standard
of accommodation
was excellent.
We loved the
first hotel you
booked for us
at Arenal. I
would like to
suggest one thing
though, you have
a brochure
of some
of the
hotels, yet
your list was
actually longer,
and it would
have been nice
to have had further
information about
these other
hotels
not featured
in the brochure.
I was more inclined
to choose the
featured hotels
(in fact, I chose
only the hotels
in the brochure)
as I was able
to get a feel
for the place.
However, all
the hotels we
chose were superb
and all served
the best breakfasts!
(except
the one hotel
in San Jose which
we chose because
it was near the
airport!).We
had a truly fantastic
time in Costa
Rica and would
very much like
to return some
day soon, we
are very keen
to spend longer
next time and
take a Spanish
course. Maybe
you can help
with this
when the time
comes? I also
have a few friends
who are interested
in visiting and
I will be sure
to send them
your details.

"The open voucher system that we used in Costa Rica
was all we've expected of it and more. - Only once we had to phone
a
second hotel because the first was full (and this was on a weekend
on the pacicif
coast). - The reception in the hotels was good and the accomodation
was fine (meals very good). - The car rental went smooth and without
hidden
costs, we did however choose the full insurance coverage to be sure
to have no hassle. We've spend a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica,
people
are very friendly and helpful and we've never encounterd any misbehaving
or theft. Also the country itself is of an inspiring beauty. We readily
will propose your company to our friends who look to spend their
vacation in south- or central america or the Carribeans. And we'll
surely will

Rica. Arrangements all worked smoothly, the tour, car hire, choice
