Terms and conditions
1. Full payment required before commencement of flight
2. All prices subject to change without notice
3. Seneca 11 - 4 pax. Maximum/ chieftain - 7 pax, maximum
4. Rates are based on a round trip flight from pavas airport to destination
5. Cost includes 1 hour waiting time at destination 
6. Additional waiting time is charged at $45 usd/hour 
7. Aero Paraiso S.A. is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or difficulties arising from
unforseen circumstances including unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters,
airport closures etc. And will
not be held liable for any difficulties that arise from the cancellation or delay of a flight.
8. 100% refund for cancellations received more than 24 hours of time of departure. For
cancellations received in less than 24 hours, a 50% penalty will be charged
9. Ground transportation 15 not included in the price of chartering aircraft
10. 25 lbs (11.4 kgs) per person baggage allowance.
11. Major credit cards accepted. 
12. Unless specified in advance Aero Paraiso S.A. has the right to use the return flight from
the destination for its own purposes. Passengers who would like to use the return flight
must specify this at the time of booking.
