location
Vista
del Valle is located in the heart of the central valley's most beautiful
and productive coffee and orange growing region. Mangoes, bananas,
passion fruit and other tropical fruits abound on the property.
About
one kilometer from the Inter American Highway, Vista del Valle sits
on the edge of the dramatic Rio Grande Canyon at about 2700 foot
elevation in the middle of a lush plantation. The views of the valley
and the surrounding mountains are stunning.
description
The
main house is an architectural marvel that features beautiful hardwoods,
glass and stone, with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Our
guest cottages inspired by Japanese design have all of the amenities
of home in a very private and beautiful setting.
Trails
lead through the gardens, plantation, through our private preserve
and down to our own 300 foot waterfall. Bird watching, hiking, horseback
riding, doing laps in our mosaic tiled pool, soaking in the Jacuzzi,
or hammock time are just some of the favorite activities here.
A
brief description of our guest rooms.
