Mauricio. Everything was phenomenal. You have a precious country! With ADOBE everything was well. Only a couple of small comments: we thought that the car that we rented (Terios) had luggage compartment with more capacity and the truth is that we had serious problems to put all our luggage in the car (suitcases, baby stroller, cradle, when traveling with 2 small baby girls we had many things) the security seats for children they have in ADOBE fit well for kids older than 2 years. We reserved 2, one for our daughter of 2 years and another one for the one of 4 years. We decided to bring the baby seat for our 4 yr old daughter for fear that they were not adapted for her age, but she could have used it perfectly like our other daughter did. As you see, they are simple comments for information, the service was perfect and we appreciate all of your collaboration. Thank you very much and until the next one, Maria A.

The only thing, which may have been our own fault when choosing the car, was that it turned out to be a bit small for the three of us. Mauricio, Thank you for following up. All went well with the car rental: staff at Adobe was at the airport upon our arrival, they were very friendly and all went smooth. They did have a different rate though, then the one mentioned on your email. It took some explaining and upon my return I saw that again a new amount was charged to my account. I will talk to the credit card company about it. I may contact you again, should I have issues with it. I must say though that we were stuck days in San Jose because of Hurricane Wilma (and we actually enjoyed it) . We stayed at the Garden Court hotel, right outside of the airport. You should recommend that hotel. Great Value! Have a nice day! Mauricio. We had a great trip and the arrangements worked out well. My only query was that the Buena Vista charged us for the transfer back to the airport for the flight to Arenal as it was the other airport. I would have been happy paying the difference in distance but was not very happy paying for the entire trip.

Other than that, the Arenal Lodge exceeded our expectations and we did upgrade to a room with a view which was spectacular. We enjoyed a lot of activities while we were there and we were happy we stayed up in the Lodge rather than down in the town. We are keen to go back and are considering investing there as well, so I will be in touch for more assistance when we do go back. Thanks once again. Rgds-Pip.

It worked out very well. The individual I met with as well as the individual I dealt with in dropping the car off were both knowledgable and professional. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when the individual showed up with the car exactly on time. The car was clean and in perfect operating condition. Mauricio, Thanks for assisting me with the car rental.I had a wonderful time.I stayed in Quepos the whole time due to the heavy rains.That was a good thing.I met many local Ticos and looked at several pieces of property and I now believe I can build a small house within my budget in Quepos area.

Adobe treated me well even though the first car they gave me had bad brakes.I exchanged the car in Quepos without any problems.The cellphone was invaluable.Mauricio I really miss Costa Rica and the people an intend to return as soon as possible (probably 3 to 4 months).I will stay 3 months on my passport to finalize my decision to move there permanetly.

I will need to find a 4x4 at a good monthly rate. Adobe said they could give me a better rate but as of to day they have not given me a quote.If you have any suggestions please let me know.Thanks ever so much.Jeff

Mauricio, Our trip to Costa Rica was wonderful as usual. The arrangements with Adobe Rental Car went very smoothly. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the office very quickly. We were given detailed instructions about the car and what to do if any problems occurred. We were also given many recommendations for staying safe in CR. The entire experience was easy in both picking up and dropping off the car.

We would rent with them again! We are already planning our next trip with the hope of looking for a potential residence or land to purchase. We need to visit different areas to determine where we might eventually like to retire (this has at become a dream of ours if we can afford it).

Can you give us any information about tours that cater to people looking to purchase a residence in Costa Rica? Or should we just visit different areas on our own? We would also like to know if you have any information about reasonable airline flights to Liberia from Miami or Fort Lauderdale Florida. Thanks for you time, Tracy and Paul

Sandra, Everything was perfect! I had done alot of research on car rentals and Discover has the best price of all. I also felt more secure dealing with Discover instead of the company direct because I heard alot of horror stories about rental companies trying to pull a fast one.

Hey, Morris at Adobe was great and let him know he is doing a good job. Sandra it's funny you contacted me because I was planning on speaking with you this week. I am planning a trip to Panama and would like to know if Discover can do anything there. I really love Costa Rica and I would like to relocate there but I feel like I missed the good opportunities by 5 years, so I'm thinking about checking out Panama. Hey, is Discover looking to hire any N. Americans ? I am not rich and I am not ready to retire so I would still need to work for a living. Anyway let me know about a car in Panama. We booked our first trip to Costa Rica through Latin Discover and would recommend the service they provide. The advice they offered was invaluable, car hire and hotels were without fault. Would definately use again!
